I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Hyderabad) in Aug 2015
Interview
I was called by recruiter..to attend F2F interview was little surprised to know the first 2 rounds conducted by current EAs in the organisation ..it was quite easy to answer all questions . After a week got the call again to appear for 2 more rounds with department manager and the dept lead of IT department. ..I was able to answer the interview questions very confidently with good examples and was very positive that they will offer me the job. ..but no response for 2 weeks..the recruitment dept care a damn to inform candidates about the status. ..the job portal suck with no status updates. ..by frequent follow up ..the recruiter informed the position is on hold and they will get back to me shortly. .Pathetic experience and time waste.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Amazon (Seattle, WA) in Jun 2012
Interview
The interview process begins usually with a phone interview, then if you're fortunate, you move on to the next round which usually includes a day of interviews depending on the position In my situation I met with 8 individuals from various levels who had direct/indirect impact on the position I was applying for.

Question 1
What are one of the successful traits an executive assistant should have?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon
Interview
Very concise and to the point. Definitely weeding out the non performers from the leaders of the pack based on interview style/questions. Made me question if I was answering correctly despite my comfort level with my skills as an EA. Left unsure of myself and/or the result of the interview afterwards.
