Amazon Executive Assistant interview questions

Getting the first (phone) round scheduled seemed to take an unbelievably long time. I finally met with an executive assistant via phone and had to answer the typical "Tell me about a time..." questions. I didn't get to show much of my personality or detail my career goals. I honestly couldn't gauge from the interviewer's reaction how I performed during the call. The next day, I received a rejection email with canned language that states Amazon maintains a policy of not sharing feedback.

Not much communication from recruiter. Wasn’t able to answer my questions or would give me answers and then correct herself after checking. Not too knowledgeable about the position or the benefits
