The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AlphaSights (Londres, Inglaterra)
Interview
1 Phone screen
2 1hr Coding test
3 5 hours of interviews with about 8 people
The final stage interview is unnecessarily long. You speak to tons of people and ask and answer the same questions.
Only 2 parts of the final stage are hard, the coding test and the architecture test, the rest is pointless and just mentally draining. It’s worth practicing on hackerrank to get good at the kind of coding tests they set.
Just be aware going into it that you will basically have to take a day off work for the final stage.
The questions were not hard, and people were nice. They provide the feedback pretty fast. There were video interview and onsite interviews. Due to time conflict, I did video interview instead of onsite interview, and had four rounds of video interviews in one day.

Question 1
Ways of going up a stair with n stairs if you can only take one step or two steps at one time.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AlphaSights (New York, NY) in Nov 2018
Interview
AlphaSights gave me a video interview. All you do is read a question in 15 seconds and answer it in 1 minutes. The question ask you basic behavioral question. They just want you to look at a camera at yourself and give a response.
