AlphaSights Graduate Associate interview questions

I was first rang up via telephone, having my follow-up Google Hangouts interview a few weeks later. The interviewers were very friendly, however I wasn't sure in advance who I'd be speaking to. You do feel like just a little cog in a large machine, and with little personal connection. The first interview was just an introductory one, to outline my skills, education and interest in the role and what I am bringing. The second interview was a bit trickier, asking me questions regarding situations "on the job" and how I'd act, for example.

The first stage was Cv screening and Phone Interview followed by the Video First Round. Then there was a Case Study assessment and then Video Last Round with a Vice President.
