AlphaSights Graduate Associate interview questions

First step was a one-way video interview, i was given 30sec to read the questions and one minute to answer, the 4 questions were: 1) what does AS/associates do? 2) what do you do in your free time outside of academics? 3) what skills do you want to develop in this position? 4) what other opening are you applying to? Second step was a 30 minutes behavioral interview, i was asked questions about my CV, about situations where I negotiated, made an impact, was a leader, etc. And i was given a small case with questions. Interviewer was very nice, but I made a few mistakes so i wasn't selected for the next step.
