AlphaSights Customer Service Associate interview questions

Took 3 months. The people were really nice but it was a long process. The first stage (HR) was easy. The second stage (Case study and Situational/Behavioral) was not easy.

The interview process consisted of four steps. The first one was about an online video interview. The second interview step was online call with human resource representative. Then, you are supposed to complete a case study. The final step was meeting with regional managers at AlphaSights.
