Took 3 months. The people were really nice but it was a long process. The first stage (HR) was easy. The second stage (Case study and Situational/Behavioral) was not easy.

What would you do if the client canceled the four experts' meetings at the last minute?
The interview process consisted of an initial HR screening followed by one or more interviews with hiring managers. Questions focused on customer service experience, communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and situational scenarios. The process was professional and well-structured, with opportunities to ask questions about the role and company culture.
