The interview process started with a video interview with basic questions about your resume, their business model, and why you want to work for them. Several rounds of interviews, each getting slightly more difficult.
The first round of interviews were done without any human interaction. You had to record yourself answering questions with a time limit and send them in. I never got to the next round.
