My entire interview process was extremely fast and efficient. I found the job and applied through The Muse. A day later I received an email to schedule my first phone interview. My phone interview lasted about 15 minutes where I was asked numerous questions regarding my college decision and past work experience. A day after my phone interview I was asked to come into the office to interview. I spoke with 2 different people during an hour long interview. The interview was very pleasant, relaxed and conversational. I was given about 10 minutes to ask questions at the end of my interview which the interviewees answered in depth and thoughtfully. The next day I was extended an offer!

First, if your application is accepted, you go through a video interview that records your answer. You have between a minute to 30 seconds to answer questions about yourself and your experience, about AS and what it does, etc.
Then they email you, if you pass that stage, to meet via google hangout and you have a behavioral interview with someone from AS.
The do not ask you any of the questions they tell you to "prepare for." They also want to know why you chose your school and what that process was like.
