The Video Interview process was quite straightforward, software used similar to Sonru (if you have encountered any companies that use them too).
What I found challenging was
i. Striking the balance between being enthusiastic and overwhelming (because you can't really be ecstatic talking to a robot) and
ii. The pressure to be extremely articulate, since that would be appealing given the job scope

Interesting online interview process whereby you had to record your answers. I found this to be beneficial in the sense you could start at your own pace. But on the other hand it doesn't allow you to ask the interviewer any questions for clarification and your limited on time (30seconds per answer).
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AlphaSights (Londres, Inglaterra) in Oct 2015
Interview
iThe interview process was fairly quick. it took me 2 weeks to get a video interview. i found that video interview is hard to make an eye contact with the camera and easy to lose time control.
