Airbus Propulsion Systems Engineer interview questions

Three rounds, first on camera with answers to be recorded. Second with the HR and third with the managers. Had three managers wanting me to be on their team. Said I was open to all but more focused towards my educational background field. Got selected but a lowball offer and declined. HR asked to reconsider but again a lowball. Literally asked for a given index as per their company standards, the HR increased the index but not the salary. I got told that I was being offered as per my age, and I was arrogant and rude. Didn't sign the contract and then the HR eventually withdrew.
