Spend hundreds hours for that.
Waiting for uncertain schedule.
They said the position is closed for some company situation, and never contact again.
It might be Indirect rejection, but it's worse than Say no.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Agoda
Interview
Interviewer never showed up to the interview with no explanation provided.
When I followed up with HR I get no reply or explanation as to why this has happened. Unfortunately this shows that Agoda does not care about its candidates time, so I would recommend that you stay away from this company.
1 ) Applied online though portal
2) Received an email from recruited about the test
3) There were 7 tests (3.5 hour test) including technical test on programming and SQL which were non relevant for the role. Please note that they conduct this test even before they shortlist your profile.
4) After clearing the test, there was an discussion scheduled with the HR.
5) Post discussion with the HR for 30 min, she mentioned that the she will share the resume with the team and get back to me if the profile is suitable
After that she didn't replied to my any emails. This is so unprofessional.
Why do they need to conduct 3.5 hours test before shortlisting/ sharing the person's resume with the project team. They should conduct test after shortlisting of resume.
This is the most unprofessional company I found ever.
