Interview
Initially an HR reached me through Linkedin. Post which a call was setup in which she explained me about the position. Post this I received a link for online test. This test included aptitude, sql and reasoning questions and was of approx. 2 hrs.
Once i cleared the online assessment then there was an interview setup where it was all about my experiences etc. Then after a week 2nd round was set up again it was more about my experience and how can i fit in Agoda. Post this i had another round in a week with Director where there were case studies, puzzles etc. My journey stopped here. However i know that if i would have cleared it then there was one more round with VP and then negotiations.
Overall interview experience was very good. HR use to give timely updates.

Interview
The interviews with the hiring Managers were both very good, but the Recruiter was a nightmare. She was a no-show for the first scheduled interview so we rescheduled for the following day. Then, during the talk she clearly had no clue about my profile, it was as if she was reading it there and then for the first time. She was also very rushed as if she was trying to end the call as quickly as possible.
After the 2nd interview with the hiring manager, I received a standard copy/pasted rejection message from the recruiter. No problem with being rejected, but when I asked the recruiter for some more feedback, I was completely ignored. I get that they can't provide feedback to every candidate, but someone who goes quite far in the process deserves at least a response to an email, even if just to say "sorry, our policy is not to provide additional feedback", but I received nothing.

What have you heard about Agoda in the community or on the media?
Interview process went quick , however HR will never respond if you want to reschedule as time conflict arises , I haven’t run into any situations like this in my whole career , very unprofessional and time wasting as your interviewee has spent so much time for interview preparation.
