The interview required a video based test and seemed to ask irrelevant questions. The interviewers were nice and accommodating. It was a nice experience but the feedback took long to receive at each stage
Very smooth and detailed; you get to meet several people in your team and other supporting roles to get a good understanding of the team and company culture; their questions are detailed and to the point; I personally enjoyed the process.

Interview
HR Recruiter was great to speak with. I got a clear sense of the company culture and what they were looking for in a candidate. I moved forward to the next round of interviews and this is where things started getting choppy. I met with 2 Implementation Leads for the next round. Prior to going into the interview, I did read other Glassdoor reviews about others' experiences interviewing for this role. Sure enough, I experienced what some of the others shared. The 2 IMP Leads conducting the interview were hyper-focused fully on the technical aspect of the role. The questions were rigid and there was no range in their questioning, There was a confirmation email that was also provided that outlined what to expect and there was nothing in the questioning that aligned with what was in that email. At some point, I had to stop and ask for clarity on the role as it seemed as more of a Dev Engineering-focused role based on the questioning. In my discussion with the HR Recruiter, it was mentioned that this particular segment of the organization has Implementation Engineers that are too heavy on the engineering side which is great but they were looking for a candidate that also has a blend of strong soft skills, communication, and consultative abilities. Overall, based on the interview with the IMP Leads, what was portrayed by the recruiter, plus what was outlined in the confirmation email as to what to expect, there seemed to be a clear disconnect across the board about what was being sought after for this role.
