Anybody who prepares for exams like CAT will definitely solve Aptitude tests. After this skill test. Whethere as a Tester or Developer, u have to solve a programming test. They don't want you to be technically like Einstein, but that doesnt means they are going to hire a jack or jill. You need to prove at every step that u r good, and u can be better.
Solving problems, asking questions to them , and never getting annoyed or nervous is the key to success.

Needs to have strong basics in Algorithms and data structure, Great C programming skills. java/C++ is optional need not be exceptional. Should be a great problem solver.
