I was contacted quickly as the hiring manager remembered my name from a previous company. i went in for an initial interview and then a team interview. i thought that was the final interview but then I was called back to meet with one additional person

I was called in by a 3rd party consultant to walkin for an interview or tech support engineer, after my screening was done with the HR, they mentioned that I have a profile that can be selected for L2 manager, I was refered to the operations manager where there was one round for 45 min on general people manager and project management questions. I got selected however HR never called back for the interview round with the Director, I received an email for the scheduling on the round but there was no follow up and no responce
