Adecco HR- Recruiter interview questions

Initial telephone interview, and then invited in for a face to face interview with the hiring manager. Interview went well, and was given a timeline for feedback. The deadline came and went. I followed up with an email and a phone call. Radio silence. Whilst I appreciate I may not have been the right candidate, as a recruiter myself I would have at least provided feedback.
