Informative interview with HR and after that interview with the client and the technical person. The first round of interviews is the assessment of the candidate, his social skills, and his fit into the team. The second round of interviews is used to assess technical knowledge and motivation for working in the position.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Adecco (Londres, Inglaterra) in Nov 2017
Interview
Initial telephone interview, and then invited in for a face to face interview with the hiring manager.
Interview went well, and was given a timeline for feedback. The deadline came and went. I followed up with an email and a phone call. Radio silence. Whilst I appreciate I may not have been the right candidate, as a recruiter myself I would have at least provided feedback.
