Went into the office, sat down with the branch manager, and she asked me some questions about my most recent jobs, work history, etc. and why I was interested in the position. I was hired right away and started my first day almost immediately after the interview. A very laid-back, simple, and straightforward interview.

Instead of a formal interrogation, it felt more like a casual conversation, where they genuinely wanted to understand my qualifications and how I would fit within the role.
