Adecco Human Resources Trainee interview questions

First it was a call from a lady from the HR Deparment. He asked me about my background, we talked a bit in english and then invited me to a face tot face discution next week. In this discution i've talked about my previous work experience, ups and downs in my career and of course how i managed those downs. He asked me situational questions and then asked me about the financial aspects.
