The interview process was very clear and well-explained. We had 3 steps, with colleagues and the supervisor. I had the possibility to talk about myself, the position and the expectations. My interviewers were honest from the beginning, since it was a very frank conversation.

I applied to work in the statewide primary election and was asked of my interest in different roles. I then was given dates to check availability and sign up for for specific training dates prior to being given an assignment. There was an online training test and an in-person training day.
