I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Adecco Group
Interview
Interviews will be via Teams call unless you are interviewing for a position on-site or in a branch. Depending on the role, you may first be screened by a recruiter in HR to ensure you meet basic criteria for the job. Then you'll interview with the hiring manager and usually the top 1-2 candidates after the HM interview will interview with the next line manager. Be comfortable talking to senior level executives. Regardless of the position you are interviewing for, TAG believes every colleague is responsible for sales. You may be in a support role, but what you do is in support of sales either before, during, or after the sale. Behavioral interviewing is common, so prepare responses that are based in your past experience. Think of questions like "Tell me about a time....", "Give me an example of...". and prepare responses to questions like these around sales, customer service, negotiating, closing a deal, and growing business after landing the account. Interviewers are looking for examples of your past success or when you overcame a challenge, not just "Yes I can do that" responses. There's a huge push to work across business units so any examples where you've been successful working with other departments or sister companies will help you stand out. I would also strongly suggest you research the company and understand which business unit you are interviewing for and what it's focus is. The Adecco Group is the parent and Adecco, Akkodis, PDS, etc. are the children - i.e., business units within TAG. Having 2-3 questions for your interviewer will also benefit you so take advantage of the opportunity when asked if you have any questions.

Question 1
Give me an example of a time when you overcame a customer objection that was blocking your success. How have you delt with rejection in your past roles?
