I had two interviews, met with the recruiter, it was a chatty interview for about 30 minutes. Afterwards, the next interview was scheduled with the Director and Vice President . The interview process was straight forward, met with the manager and vice president. The interview process was fairly easy, some behavioural questions was asked, compensation is quite low.
First there was a phone call with one person there.
Then they asked for an interview in person. All was very smooth, they were very kind and seemed to care about the people they were interviewing. I just think they weren't very organized thought.
