I personally found the Interview process good, they keep in touch after every step so its a smooth process. A little bit time taking ofcourse but worth the time. The documents verification process is lengthy otherwise everything is fine.

Series of interviews with different focus on each level/day. Interval of interviews are weeks. I had 3 interviews, Initial, Oral exam, and final. Intial was all about your resume, your educational back, experience. Oral exam was about your accounting knowledge, i. e., terms and enumeration. Final interview was skills interview. This covers your experience and how you handle different scenarios.
