Interview
4 rounds of interview. First round is a digital interview asking very basic questions. 2nd round is an online personality quiz. 3rd round with a senior manager doing a case and about yourself. Closing round with a managing director, mostly on fit and yourself.
Entire interview process felt too easy and feels like they're just hiring anyone who applies. Have seen very poor performing peers get offered the same role.
Three stages:
1. Phone Interview with Recruiter to go over resume and qualifications briefly
2. Phone interview with HR to thoroughly go through resume and qualifications
3. In person interview with two managers separately
It was a very thorough process but the best interview experience I have had. The recruiter was in touch each step of the way and let me know what to expect.
