In general, I went through 2 interviews with a senior manager and a managing diretor. Both of them went very smooth and in a similar style. The interviewer started by introducing himself, the company and a bit about his role. Then the interviewed was focused on myself. It was more like a dialogue which I think it was very cool and humble from them. And finally, I had the options to ask questions.
