A week after I applied, I had to undertake a pymetrics test, which assessed behaviour and basic IQ. After clearing that, I had to go through a series of three remote, phone interviews. The first was a quick 20 minute phone interview with a HR representative who wanted to gauge which industry I was interested in. This was followed by two, 30-45 minute interviews with a Manager and a Senior manager.
