Accenture Solutions Engineer interview questions

The recruitment process takes almost 2-3 months and 7-8 steps including at least 3 interviews, coding test etc. They are telling you that you don’t need Japanese skills at all and all the process is in English but at the end of process, they will suddenly call you and evaluate your Japanese skills on the phone. Also, it doesn’t matter if you are studying engineering. A person, especially a woman(because of their 50-50 goal) who had major in social studies can get this job instead of you.

I met some amazing seniors and had a great time talking with them before the interviews as well, seemed like I will enjoy my growth and surroundings at the company.
