Required one screen call with recruiter, an onsite interview with manager and a second interview with senior manager. Rejected after first onsite interview. No feedback given. Poor communication from beginning to end. Not a good recruitment experience compared with other companies.

Not Very easy, but like the case study technical and behavioral questions.
HR Makes false comments, so be careful, don't trust what they say , and HR will be very opposite when you are out.
<p style="color:#FF0000"><b>They said they don't discriminates based on VISA, but they do.</b>
So beware of all these false positive, a big lesson for me. </p>
I will the HR also learn, not to give false positive. They are putting whole accenture and himself in dark.

Unfortunately, a horrible process and experience. I was contacted on May 12 of this year by an Accenture recruiter regarding this position. After my initial phone screen with him he passed me on to the next Accenture recruiter. The 2nd one passed me to a 3rd Accenture recruiter. After speaking with 3 Accenture recruiters, I finally had an interview with a Senior Manager. The feedback I received was "excellent" and I need to speak to the Hiring Manager "ASAP". After 7 weeks I spoke with the Hiring Manager, who then recommended I speak with another Senior Manager. That interview came a month later. All along my recruiter told me feedback was positive and good and we were continuing to move along the process. So, to summarize, I passed 6 interviews over a 4 month period to finally be told in an email, “We are currently holding on the SA role as new Fiscal Year budgets are being released “. This came 3½ weeks after my last interview. Since then I’ve sent 2 emails back to the recruiter with follow up questions and I’ve yet to get a response. Email correspondence with my recruiter was about 7-10 days between responses.
Very disappointed in Accenture and their hiring process. With this approach, meeting their goal of adding 15,000 employees in the U.S. will be a challenge, if not an impossibility. I would have expected at least a phone call and perhaps a conversation about other available positions that match my skill set.
