Accenture R2R interview questions

The technical round was average and the hr round was easy.. was asked to brief about previous experience and my resume .. Since it was a night shift I din take the job .. overall good experience

The Interview process was too long.. The Interview was scheduled at 2 pm. However they said it will get over maximum by 6 pm..They make you wait for 2 hours just to take the resume..Then there is HR round..they ask some basic questions about your experience and so..Then there is Online Assessment Test..But when you I sat to give Online Test, the server was not getting loaded and the Assessment Test could not be given. They came up with the stupid answer, the server is not getting loaded after asking for so many times will I be able to complete the interview process. You may please leave if you are having some other work or if you have to catch a train - said the HR ppl...Man some one like me has taken so much efforts to get to the interview and you come up with a lame reason the server is not getting loaded..I do not understand either they should have some back up system to complete the interview process or they should inform in prior so that people from outstation like me can stay for 2 days or so to complete the interview..Not so organised interview..IT based company cannot come and say an answer the server is not getting loaded...I have to leave the venue to catch my train without completing the interview process
