employees were all outgoing and open about their experiences. there were three interview stages. first stage was with an hr rep. second phase was with a manager and two employees, and the third stage was with one manager

The process was completely hosted on HireVue, a digital interview platform that was fully automated. I didn't feel that the interview process was personal at all. I would recommend against trying to secure an internship with Accenture due to this reason. There was an IQ test using heuristic quizzes, and then 4 questions that gave me only 1 minute each to answer, with only 4 seconds to prepare my response.
