I applied through an employee referral. The process took 8 months. I interviewed at Accenture (Bruselas)
Interview
8 months long interview process culminating in a very disappointing offer that was nothing like what they had repeatedly promised. Tons of technical problems with their platform, some changes to the role I was applying for during the application process. We had discuss my salary expectations extensively and several times and they then came up with something that was much much lower than the current salary I had and offered a more junior role than the one I was applying for and much more junior than the one I already had. An utter and complete waste of time.

I applied online. I interviewed at Accenture (Quezon City, National Capital Region) in Jun 2023
Interview
It was the usual interview with the hiring officer. They will ask you interpersonal questions and your expectations in working with them. As a hiring manager applying for a customer representative position, I've gained a unique perspective on the recruitment process. Experiencing the application journey firsthand has deepened my understanding of the candidate experience, highlighting areas for improvement in our own hiring practices. This role shift reinforces the importance of empathy and clarity in communication, ensuring we attract and retain top talent effectively.
Long process but worth it. They are very strict in your background check so you really have to declare all your previous employer but over all they offered much higher than other I think, just my opinion.
