Accenture Customer Service CSR interview questions

The process was very smooth and upfront. The interviewer was not intimidating, and the recruitment team was also very friendly and not snob. I was very happy with how they handled the applicants from start to finish. I was able to get a job offer but I declined because of some schedule issues.
