There is two process including initial and final. Initial includes question that defines who the interviewee was and it was literally all about the self and final is all about the soft and hard skill whether you connect to that job or not
First Round -Apptitude and technical
Second round - communication
Third round -final interview
All rounds were moderate level and the project explanation should be clear and other technical questions were basic questions and Hr question were also easy.
Technical and Aptitude Round:

Objective: To determine the candidate’s ability to communicate clearly and effectively, which is essential for client interactions and teamwork at Accenture.
Technical + HR Interview Round:
Description: This is a comprehensive round that combines technical questions with HR-related inquiries. The technical segment will delve deeper into the candidate’s specialized knowledge and practical skills. The HR segment will focus on understanding the candidate’s background, motivation, and cultural fit within Accenture.
Objective: To perform a holistic evaluation of the candidate’s suitability for the role, both technically and interpersonally, ensuring alignment with Accenture’s values and work environment
