Accenture Associate interview questions

There was a selection examination and then a case interview round. The examination contained logical reasoning, mathematical reasoning and language competency. We were also asked if we were competent in Japanese as an additional criteria.

Four-stage hiring process: 1. Resume shortlist, 2. Cognitive assessment covering reasoning, verbal ability, networks, and MS Office skills, 3. Communication assessment, and 4. HR interview. Each stage evaluates different aspects, ensuring a comprehensive evaluation of candidates.
