Accenture Associate Developer I interview questions

First there was an aptitude test carried out ,I was selected for the next round which was a technical Interview, But the interview was pretty relaxed ,I was asked to solve a few puzzles and was asked abt my favourite subjects.The second round of interview was the HR round.Here again I was asked about my self, asked if I was focused on any field ,asked about my strenghs and weaknesses ,asked about my role models ,it was a fun interview and eventually I got the offer

I applied in Accenture for the position of Associate Software Engineer via Jobstreet.com. That was Wednesday night on January 19, 2011 and on Thursday morning of June 20, 2011, I already got an invite for an interview for Friday. I went to Accenture Pioneer building in Boni for my interview. The interview was very typical with some conversations like "Tell me something about yourself", "What are your strengths, weaknesses" etc. Little did I know that that interview had a lot of impact on my salary so my advice is to be confident during the interview. After the initial interview, I underwent an English Speaking Communications test and it was simple for me. I was told to go back on Monday for an Interview with a Senior Executive. So on Monday, I got to talk with the overall lead for Solutions department (This interview is exclusive for those with good resumes and good first interview outcomes). Our conversation is similar to the first interview. Then after the interview, I got the job offer for 20k a month and I signed the offer right away. My overall rating for Accenture in terms of interview process is 9/10 with 10 being the highest.
