I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture (Kuala Lumpur) in Jul 2022
Interview
The hiring process took over a month. Screening interview by HR (Non-Malaysian). Questions asked related to your education background and also working experience. Got shortlisted for an interview with the hiring manager (also, Non-Malaysian). The interview was fun and easy. It was just like you were having a normal conversation with friends. Nothing technical and only some behavioral questions. Basically they just want to see your communication skills and also English proficiency.
