I got selected for one opening in Accenture. I cleared all the technical and HR rounds. But I rejected the offer letter just because the behaviour of the POC/talent head. The person was rude and doesn’t know how to talk to another person. This is unacceptable from a company like Accenture. This is going to reflect in the reputation of the company. There should be mandatory sessions for these type of people in the company.
And talking about the interview process, it was good (both technical and HR)

1.) Written Technical Round- A computer-based test with approx 30 questions to be solved in 45 mins
2.) Face-to-face Technical Interview- It took around 1 hour for my oral interview
3.) Face-to-face HR Interview- The HR discussed the job role, salary expectation, on-site opportunities etc
