Unfortunately, my encounters with Accenture's HR left me with a sour taste. The lack of courtesy and empathy in their communication was alarming. It is essential for HR representatives to uphold a standard of conduct that reflects positively on the company, and Accenture failed to meet this expectation. In conclusion, my experience with Accenture Company's hiring process has been incredibly disappointing. The glitchy candidate portal, lack of responsiveness, and poor HR behavior collectively contribute to a negative perception of the company.
