AXA UK interview questions

Took about 20 days from date I applied to the interview. Around an hour of questions with two physiologists and a small role play scenario also. Very friendly and easy to talk with which helps a lot!

First interaction you receive from the business is an email with a link saying you have 48 hours to download some app based psychometric test. Putting aside the the fact that this app seems to crash any electronic device which isn't your phone, the test itself consists of an intense series of minigames which takes some 45 minutes to get done, all are relatively simple but are designed to be time consuming and some seem to set you up to fail. Terrible recruiting practice to have this as as the first interaction the candidate has with the organisation, very impersonal and shows an obvious lack of appreciate for the candidates time and commitment to interviewing. Very put off by this initially would probably effect my decision later on in the process.
