Relatively simple process. Reached out via Reed Recruiter newsletter, asked to book a call. This was very templated and lacked human touch. Had the call, technical issues their side and was asked to rebook but I asked to carry on and do a phone call over video, this happened.
Interviewer asked how I'd heard about the role - they had reached out to me so clearly I was just a number. Found out they were hiring 10 people.
Call was very much case studies and scenario questions, nothing about me, no time for me to ask questions, just we'll be in touch. Was then rang at 7.30 Friday morning (even though I was told 2 weeks, was a matter of days), missed this call and tried to call back and ended up being emailed to ring back Monday, after 4/5 times was offered the role and then that's when the onboarding saga occurs that after 6 weeks of back and forth with information they withdrew the offer.
