I had a telephone interview with AXA recently for the position of Customer Services Representative. The person conducting the interview was friendly and explained the process in detail to ensure I knew what to expect. The interview experience was pleasant and easy, with nothing unexpected from the standard customer service interviews I have had in the past. Overall, a positive experience.
