The current interview process involves meeting with a member of the HR team. They are looking for sales and customer service experience. Lots of "give me an example of a time when..." They primarily recruit from retail companies that have cellular or electronic sales. Think about challenging sales and customer services situations that you have had and how you overcame them.

The classic what are your three greatest weaknesses. Honestly don't get hung up on oddball questions the good recruiters keep to practical questions. If you flunk always reapply. They always need good sales people.

After the online application and assessment there was a phone interview which I don't like to begin with, so this may be a little bias but a lot of the questions asked were what you would expect but some were very vague and you can interrupt the question in a few different ways which makes it more difficult to know what there looking for and with phone interviews its hard to get your point across but overall it was pretty close to what I expected.

Interview
I applied online to a list of locations. I got a call maybe 2 days after applying on a Friday. I was given a phone interview, and told a 1 on 1 interview would be set up for the following Friday. I was also told to take a copy of my resume.
I went in for the interview, and I went through the "Study Guides" from the site, so I knew what to expect. The questions were mostly STAR questions and you have to rely on your experiences to answer them. After that interview I was sent over to the store manager to do a 1:1 with him.
We talked, and he explained the day to day activities. Both interviews went well and lasted maybe an 90minutes together. The store manager told me I'd hear something by Monday or Tuesday of the next week, but I got the call and a contigent offer a couple of hours later.
I went through a background check, drug test, and then received my official offer.
