Interview
I was hired in a crash group outside of the normal pattern. I had been applying for any AT&T job I saw, and received two phone interviews followed by a hiring manager interview. Everything was pretty standard. My second in person interview was with the store's assistant manager and the district manager, since the store I was being hired in to had lost it's manager and had not had the new manager installed yet.

Interview
I applied online. I received a phone call about a week after that for a telephone interview. After the telephone interview I received another phone calling to schedule an interview with the hiring manager. I spoke to a HR professional and my Area Sales Manager. Both were pretty easy interviews. Then after about another week later I was offered the job. I had to submit to an extensive background check. They verified everything and if they couldn't get a hold of a previous employer I had to provide W2s.
