I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at AT&T
Interview
Was asked for proof of college. Since I went to college I just took a pee test and was hired. This may seem awesome until you find out who you work with. Other people get hired the same way and aren't qualified nor are they good employees. I also was lied to about the job I was hired for by the lady hiring me. They needed people this bad i guess. First day of work I almost quit because it was not the job I was told it was by a longshot.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at AT&T (San Angelo, TX) in Oct 2008
Interview
Applied online several times over the course of 3 months. Got a phone interview. During the phone interview he said he would pass my application to the location manager. Was set up with an interview with the location manager. The interview only lasted about 15 minutes. The manager did not go over all of the questions in his little packet before offering me the job. In subsequent interviews for different positions, the interviews lasted longer and were in more depth. I believe my initial interview process was abnormal.

I applied online. I interviewed at AT&T (Redmond, WA)
Interview
I was contacted directly by hiring manager after I sent in my resume. The hiring manager was very friendly. After a brief phone interview, they set up a short loop on site. I met with three people who work in the same group of the role. The questions were all behavior questions, nothing new, like how do you work with another group, how do you solve a conflict, etc.
