I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at AT&T (Chamblee, GA) in Mar 2013
Interview
After applying online I was invited to take a wire technician test online at the AT&T headquarters in Atlanta. A week later I was called in for a "U-verse technician job preview". A group of interviewees (6 of us) and 2 managers sat in a room. The entire time both managers just droned on and on about how "we are always watching you" "the company is always watching you" "it is very easy to get fired here!". The was the worst interview experience I ever had, I considered switching cell phone carriers from AT&T if all the managers are such swines.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at AT&T
Interview
Initial phone interview, second in person interview, then interview and job preview with store manager. After getting offered the position, I had to complete a background check and drug test to qualify.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at AT&T
Interview
I was contacted and then a day later I had a interview on their complicated web interview software. The interviewer was kind of condescending and did make me feel comfortable. A lot of questions about customer service.
