AT&T interview questions

I applied online to a list of locations. I got a call maybe 2 days after applying on a Friday. I was given a phone interview, and told a 1 on 1 interview would be set up for the following Friday. I was also told to take a copy of my resume. I went in for the interview, and I went through the "Study Guides" from the site, so I knew what to expect. The questions were mostly STAR questions and you have to rely on your experiences to answer them. After that interview I was sent over to the store manager to do a 1:1 with him. We talked, and he explained the day to day activities. Both interviews went well and lasted maybe an 90minutes together. The store manager told me I'd hear something by Monday or Tuesday of the next week, but I got the call and a contigent offer a couple of hours later. I went through a background check, drug test, and then received my official offer.

Applied online, got a email 2hrs later asking to take a test. Super easy logic test 50 questions 50 min. i finished it in 30min. only 3 others in a group of 15 finished in 15min. Only 4 passed total. Next day is group interview. 30 potential hires in an office. group interview. You have to talk and be heard! I didnt see one person from that group that didnt talk after that day. Then after the group interview you have a individual interview with an uverse manager. one on one. Easiest part if you ask me. Then from there got the job offer and had to take a urine test within 48hrs and submit to a bankground check
