I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at AT&T (Bloomington, MN) in Nov 2011
Interview
Great call follow up after application. Great interview with the hiring director and great interview with manager. They were very extensive specific and detail on all that they wanted. They were also very clear on the compensation plan.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at AT&T (Williamsport, PA) in Sep 2009
Interview
Applied online, had two phone interviews (one with store manager and one with district manager), 1:1 interview with manager and assistant manager followed by job offer and new hire training program. My particular experience was longer than average as the position was listed as full time, then changed to part time and then changed back due to staffing needs at that location. The new hire training program was 3 weeks long with two weeks in a class room and one week on the sales floor.
