Simple role play to start, where they are looking for someone to use SPIN selling, very easy for someone who has sales experience, following that more conversational, this bit of the interview was terrible, just being asked about how much I like 'banter' etc. and trying to make the office sound like wolf of wall street, the interviewer had lost me by this point.

Interview
It was a super easy process. I met with the manager and he was nice. Then was offered job on spot contingent on background check. I was in my new role within 2 weeks.

Interviewer was bland with no personality whatsoever. He made it hard to open up to him or even carry some kind of conversation. The wait to hear back was also pretty long, if you don't think I'm a good fit then I would just rather know right after the interview and not wait a whole week.
