ADP Sales Representative interview questions

There’s a three step interview process. One on the phone then two in person interviews with sales managers. The interviews were pretty average, but it seemed like the office was not diverse at all. They try to get to know your personality but they do so in a way by trying to ask you about your personal life. (Which to me shows they don’t really value work/life balance)

Applied online, consisted of two interviews. Whole process took about four weeks from me initially applying. First was a phone interview that went amazing! Second was an in-person interview that wasn’t so great.
