I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ADP (Owings Mills, MD) in Oct 2015
Interview
I interviewed for a sales executive role at ADP. After an initial phone screen I had two more phone interviews with other ADP executives. I was then invited into their office to do a PPT presentation on ADP and a specific product. I was told on several occasions by different people that it would be presented to at least four ADP executives IN-PERSON The day of the presentation there was only one ADP executive present and four others on a speaker phone. I would be giving a PPT over a speaker phone. Probably the most boring, undynamic way to present anything, I found out a week later that neither I nor the other candidates were selected and they were going to continue to search. Obviously nobody was going to impress them speaking into a phone while presenting power point slides.
